Perinian

A young tinkerer who resides in Nod Krai , who ended up being the main cause of his family's deaths . Having wished to only aid them when in need despite numerous times being told not to , he opted to help regardless . From being the cause of an explosion , to hitting his head hard enough to cause issues for later life .Perinian was shunned since young , others around claiming he was nothing but bad luck whenever he was around . Taking it to heart as he grew older , living on his own he keeps mostly to himself as well as taking on the new name of Hex after the incident with his family's lives , due to trauma and the amount of times he's been told he 'hexes' things . Now living has a chaotic morally gray man , he occasionally steps out of his 'lair' to steal trinkets or weapons from nearby fatui camps , or bots to use for experiments he performs .

Experimentation

While Hex wasn't gifted a vision , he opted on another way to gain any sort of power for his own benefit . Experimenting on electro energy , he combined elemental energy and a drug he had on hand and injected large doses into his own veins . The process was dreadfully painful , and it greatly impacted his body causing him to come off more malnourished than he originally looked . But it does surprisingly grant him a great bit of agility , endurance , and a bit of strength . Especially core strength .Hex's newfound power is not the only thing he uses to fight . He's an inventor , so of course he has weapons . From hand guns , to bombs , to a rocket launcher he named Angler .
